Our Story

Phase 01.
A Season of Rest
After nearly fifty years of designing and building, Ola Seriki entered a new season at age 69 when a serious health challenge required his full attention. He paused his work to focus on healing and family. God’s faithfulness was evident through strength and support. This rest deepened his faith and prepared the way for Mercy Court.
Phase 02.
The Vision
In the midst of treatment, Ola received a vision: a city built to honour God. This lit a quiet fire within him — a new call to build with purpose and meaning.
Phase 04.
A Calling
Healing finally came, but Ola did not return to architecture as usual. Now cancer‑free, he walks in gratitude and believes that purpose has no timetable. “It’s never too late,” he says. “When you walk in grace and determination, you can build something truly lasting.”
Phase 05.
Mercy Court Blossoms
From this place of grace emerged Mercy Court Townhomes—a community of 69 energy‑efficient homes built as a thank‑you to God. Each model name reflects a part of the journey—Nazareth (humble beginnings), Capernaum (healing and peace), Ephesus (unity and strength) and Bethany (comfort and renewal). Every detail—from king‑size bedrooms, private studies and balconies to enclosed backyards and sunlight‑filled rooms—was chosen to create a peaceful neighbourhood where neighbours know each other and evenings are spent under starry Texas skies. Mercy Court welcomes people of all backgrounds who want more than a house; it’s a community born from a second chance, built with excellence.
